We represent clients in all areas of criminal law from summary conviction regulatory matters such as Highway Traffic Act infractions, to the most serious charges under the Criminal Code.

Being charged and prosecuted for an offence is usually one of the most serious events in a person’s life. The criminal justice can be daunting and intimidating for most people. We work with our clients to explain the process and walk them through the legal system. We provide information to clients on their rights as well as their options. This is in conjunction with ensuring that the evidence presented by the Crown meets the rigorous standards of the law, determining whether there are any defences available to clients, and whether the charges can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
